
Ok listen, I was a skeptic. but ive also had disc, piriformis, shoulder, neck and wrist pain. A few months ago I was having combinations of those pains daily.
Since starting this practice every morning, the amount of daily pain I have has plummeted and I start the day so awake even without caffeine.
It gets your heart rate going so much more than you realize too! 5-10 minutes of these exercises clocks 15-20 cardio activity minutes on my garmin each am.
